What You’ll Do
• Identify and reach out to potential clients (founders, startups, marketing teams, and product leads).
• Pitch Wdesigna’s design services through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Build relationships and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to onboarding.
• Qualify inbound leads and align their needs with our design offerings.
• Collaborate with the founder on proposals, pricing, and closing strategy.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
• Represent Wdesigna with professionalism and enthusiasm across all communication channels.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in B2B sales, agency business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of branding, UX/UI, or digital design services (or willingness to learn fast).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Confident using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and cold outreach tactics.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term client relationships.
Compensation
• Commission-only role – paid per successful client onboarded.
• Competitive commission structure (percentage of first project or retainer).
